Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while providing memorable experiences for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a pleasant dining experience
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate
Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Support food preparation activities as needed, adhering to food safety standards
Assist with setting up events or special functions, including catering arrangements
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred; restaurant or barista experience is a plus
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work during busy periods, including weekends or evenings if required
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Personal presentation that reflects the professional standards of the establishment
