Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment and providing support to both clients and colleagues.

Working Hours

Part-time position of approximately 21 hours per week.
Flexible working pattern across the week to be agreed with the successful candidate.
Wednesday attendance is essential, with working hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Answering incoming telephone calls and making outbound calls to clients and contractors.
Booking works and appointments for clients.
Saving and organising photographs, worksheets and supporting documentation.
Preparing and issuing quotations.
Uploading purchase orders, photographs, documents and other relevant information onto company systems.
Providing administrative support to the helpdesk team.
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets to ensure jobs are accurately tracked and organised.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous administrative or office experience, ideally within a helpdesk, customer service or scheduling environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
