Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Duties

Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, cooks, baristas, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food production procedures
Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu execution, culinary techniques, and food presentation
Manage customer service interactions to resolve issues promptly and enhance guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with hospitality operations including serving, barista tasks, and hotel-related services is a plus
Leadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to restaurant settings
