Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentive

At Clementine Services, we are a family-run business located at Townhall Chambers, Wallsend (NE28 7AT). Specializing in electrical and plumbing services, we’re building a high-performing team to manage enquiries from householders who rely on us for reliable and professional service.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We provide peace of mind to customers needing electricians or plumbers, and we are dedicated to supporting our team to deliver exceptional service every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Incoming Calls Professionally: Respond to inbound calls from clients regarding repairs, service availability, and follow-ups.
Book Repairs Accurately: Schedule and log repair requests (including for Kleins) in the system with precision and speed.
Advise on Clementine Services: Understand and clearly explain our service offering to clients, helping them find the right solution for their needs.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide a helpful, polite, and reassuring experience to every caller.
Maintain Accurate Records: Log all interactions, appointments, and updates in the CRM or booking system.
Support Operational Teams: Liaise with electricians, engineers, and supervisors to confirm bookings and relay client requests or issues.
Identify Upselling Opportunities: Where appropriate, inform clients of additional or related services that may benefit them.
Follow Procedures and Compliance Standards: Work in line with Clementine’s policies, GDPR standards, and service protocols.
Remain Adaptable: Respond to changes in priorities or call volumes calmly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a sale, customer service, or inbound/outbound call handling role. Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and courteous telephone manner
Comfortable using CRM systems, booking platforms, and standard office software
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when handling customer concerns or complaints
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail1. Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism

Choose the schedule that fits you best:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
