We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team, based at our head office in Walsall Wood, West Midlands. This is a very diverse role that requires the successful applicant to use internal systems to ensure an efficient service while communicating with drivers and customers.

A Strong administrative background is essential, as are keen attention to detail and effective verbal and writing communication abilities. For this role, the ability to operate in a very fast-paced setting is preferred. Knowledge of Excel and similar systems is advantageous.

Duties include:

· Liaising with customers regarding booking dates.

· Booking work using internal systems.

· Coordinating with collection sites to ensure cars are available for scheduled pickups.

· Updating drivers with appropriate information using shared spreadsheets and internal systems.

Full training will be provided.
