Courier Van Driver (Self-Employed)

Location: Sutton Coldfield and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £80 - £100 per day

D&D EAZY HAULAGE LTD is looking for reliable and professional self-employed drivers to join our growing team. This role involves collecting vehicles from Post Offices, depots and other business locations before delivering them safely to their allocated destination.

We're looking for dependable drivers who enjoy working independently and take pride in providing a professional service. Flexible working is available, with immediate starts for successful applicants.

The Role

As a Vehicle Collection & Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with our operations team throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Collect vehicles from Post Offices, depots and other designated collection points
Deliver vehicles safely and on time to customers, businesses and other locations
Complete basic vehicle condition inspections before and after each journey
Plan routes efficiently to meet collection and delivery schedules
Keep the operations team informed of your progress and report any delays
Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle inspection records accurately
Carry out routine vehicle safety checks before driving

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence
A clean driving record is preferred
Previous experience in vehicle movements, delivery driving or commercial driving is advantageous but not essential
Confident driving different makes and models of vehicles
Good communication and customer service skills
Organised with the ability to manage your daily schedule effectively
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Comfortable completing vehicle inspections and delivery documentation
