Overview:
Our Sales and Estimating Administrator will be responsible for executing the overall Support, Reporting, Collaboration and Compliance at our Worcestershire Head Office.

Are you looking for your next Sales and Administration role? With exceptional attention to detail, you, as a Sales and Estimating Administrator, will act as a central function of the Sales and Estimating team at Compco Fire Systems. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and Submitting Accurate and Timely Estimates.
Maintaining Records of All Estimates, Contracts & Project-Related Documents.
General Upkeep of the Internal System Including Uploading of Client Details.
Organisation of Project Files for all Works Undertaken.
General Sales and Administration Support Including Scheduling Meetings and Managing Calendars.

What You’ll Need:

Proven Experience in a Similar Sales and/or Administration Role.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional Attention to Detail.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Sales and Estimating Administrator to attend Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.

This position is open to both full-time and part-time applications.
