Full job description

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Commercial Manager with a wide range of customer and administrative activities.
Providing day-to-day support across customer accounts, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Taking ownership of customer accounts as your experience and knowledge develop.
Preparing quotations, processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records within SAP.
Maintaining our CRM system and producing reports to support commercial activities.
Assisting in identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK and Europe.
Analysing sales and project data to support forecasting and business planning.
Providing technical product support and assistance to customers where required.
Managing sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion.
Arranging and attending customer meetings, both online and in person.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a sales administration, account administration or customer account support role, or has the confidence and ability to step into one.
Has exceptional attention to detail while being able to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
Enjoys building long-term relationships with customers.
Is confident communicating with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
Has strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Experience with SAP would be advantageous but is not essential.
Is proactive, organised and enjoys solving problems.
Brings a positive, team-focused attitude and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Location: Springfield Mill, Spa Street, Ossett, West Yorkshire

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm; Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm.
