Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our admin operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient data management, and exceptional support for our team and clients alike. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help our sales team and factory move forward. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and update stock, prices within Sage software to track sales activities, client interactions.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to support strategic decision-making.
Work with our accounts team to help with Creditor and Debtor reports, using Sage software.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via email or phone, ensuring client satisfaction.
Assist with sales and factory administrative tasks.
Support the sales team with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties to ensure operational excellence.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for daily tasks.
Strong computer literacy with experience in Sage accounting systems.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales administration or related administrative roles is highly desirable.
Knowledge of IT systems and computer skills that enhance workflow efficiency.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude.
