We are searching for an experienced and energetic Barista and Lobby Host to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. The Barista & Lobby Host plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent and welcoming customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

Barista Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries, cakes and sandwiches

Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs via orders and welcoming to the hotel.
Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
Prepares, sells and serves speciality coffee and tea beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Maintains the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
Contribute to a positive team environment

Hours Required.

Monday to Friday

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
