Overview

Prior experience required. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of property assets, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring data integrity across our property management systems. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will help streamline operations, support property management teams, and enhance overall asset accountability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-organized, efficient property management environment where accuracy and customer service excellence are valued.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive physical inventories of properties and assets on a scheduled basis, ensuring all items are accounted for accurately
Utilize Inventory Base property management software to input, update, and verify asset data with precision
Perform detailed data entry tasks related to property records, ensuring consistency and correctness across all systems
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and generating reports related to inventory status
Communicate effectively with team members via phone and WhatsApp primarily, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and clear information sharing
Support property management by providing timely updates on inventory discrepancies or issues needing resolution
Participate in periodic audits and inspections to maintain high standards of asset control and accountability

Qualifications

Proven experience with Inventory Base property management software is essential
Prior experience required
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Demonstrating organizational skills and reliability is essential
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures and asset tracking methods
A proactive attitude with the ability to identify opportunities for internal upselling or process improvements is a plus
