Job Description

The post holder will work on the Academy’s main reception desk and provide effective administration support to the Academy. To provide administrative support to the Academy as appropriate to the role and as directed by the Principal and Office Manager.

Long Field Spencer Academy is a small, vibrant and friendly community secondary school, located in the market town of Melton Mowbray, just 17 miles from both Nottingham and Leicester. Ours is a modern and forward-thinking school which embraces new opportunities within teaching and learning as well as offering a wealth of excellent extracurricular opportunities, some of which are unique to our school. Judged as ‘Good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection (May 2023). We welcome all visitors to the school and a visit is recommended to see the school in action. Long Field Spencer Academy is part of Spencer Academies Trust (SAT).

We have approaching 18000 children and young people in our academies and employ more than 2200 teachers, leaders and educational support professionals across the East Midlands.
