Job Title: Part-Time Xero Account Administrator (16–18 Hours Per Week)

Location: Ecclesall, Sheffield

Salary: £14 per hour

Hours: 16–18 hours per week (Flexible schedule available)

About Us

We are an independent letting agency dedicated to providing excellent service to our landlords and tenants. We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Part-Time Xero Account Administrator to help keep our busy office running smoothly.

The Role

This is an office-based role centred around Xero. You will be responsible for our day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration, while also supporting property administration. The role involves managing essential financial records through Xero and maintaining effective tenant communications.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage client accounts, process landlord payments, and match rent receipts using Xero.

· Handle all accounts and finance-related tasks using Xero.

· Manage payment protection and submit DPS deposits.

· Liaise with Portfolio Managers regarding rental arrears.

· Prepare landlords’ monthly statements using the office CRM system and reconcile to Xero.

Requirements (Essential)

· Xero proficiency (essential): You must have hands-on experience using Xero for reconciliations and invoicing. This is the core skill required for the role.

· Administration experience: A minimum of 1–2 years in an office administration role (property or letting agency experience is highly desirable).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workload.
