Endo Mishra Ltd is a small private specialist practice dedicated to delivering the highest standard of non-surgical and surgical endodontics. We prioritize providing an outstanding experience for both our referrers and patients.
Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our small team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers, ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting the smooth operation of our practice. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing patient satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage data entry tasks.
Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming at all times.
Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth patient flow.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Setting up and helping out with our training courses

Qualifications

A warm, professional, and confident communicator
Previous dental or reception experience is prefered, but not essential
Strong computer skills is essential. Training will be provided on our dental software.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Fluent in speaking and writing English is essential.

* Our practice is open 8am-6pm Monday- Thursday and 8am-2pm Friday, the ideal candidate will need to work these hours.

* Free on site parking is available

Job Type: Full-time
