Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, organised Generator/Welding Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Manage and update customer records using Microsoft Office and other software platforms
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing orders through relevant software platforms.
Provide support for scheduling appointments and coordinating servicing.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), other software platforms.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes.
Demonstrable experience in handling customer service request with professional phone manner.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Previous clerical, service industry experience is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
