Job Summary

Alterever Ltd is a manufacturer and distributor of retreaded tyres and associated equipment .

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment. The Office Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of our office . .

Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and correspondence both physically and electronically for Sales , Purchasing , Compliance & Production
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, 365, Google Workspace, and Sage
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
Handling administrative support tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes and basic bookkeeping functions
Ensuring the office environment is tidy, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
Providing general administrative support to team members as required

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management best practices
Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards

This position offers a supportive work environment where organisational excellence is valued. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
