Job Overview

We are seeking a Office Administrator to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a productive workplace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a thriving organisation.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick access to important documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, and Sage Accounting as needed
Support scheduling and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events to optimise team productivity
Handle clerical responsibilities such as copying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies
Assist with financial record keeping by processing invoices and expense reports using Sage Accounting

Skills

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Sage Accounting
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy for efficient record keeping
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial documentation is a plus
Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and office procedures
