Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Services Executive specialising in B2B marketing to join our team. This role involves engaging with corporate clients, supporting marketing initiatives, and fostering strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analysis capabilities, and familiarity with Salesforce and financial services. The position offers an opportunity to develop within a fast-paced environment, contributing to strategic marketing efforts and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with business clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including outreach and follow-up activities.
Utilise Salesforce to track client interactions, update records, and generate reports for analysis.
Analyse client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor marketing strategies aligned with client requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
Assist in organising webinars, seminars, or other promotional events aimed at business audiences.
