We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our clients.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer records in our systems.
Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications.
Contact suppliers to resolve client queries.
Respond to internal and external administrative requests.
Help ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in an admin, office support, or data entry role is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Confident use of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, Outlook, and Word).
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support where needed.
Experience in utilities or business services is a plus, but not essential.
