Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Assistant Manager and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic leadership position, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, support your team, and ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met. Your passion for hospitality, combined with your culinary knowledge and supervisory experience, will help create a welcoming environment where both guests and staff thrive. Duties

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality
Supervise and motivate team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive work environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality, safety, and presentation meet company standards
Support food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant and kitchen
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders and efficient workflow
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries or concerns, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Assist in training new team members on service procedures, food safety regulations, and operational standards

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
Ability to lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality
Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques including barista experience is a plus
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively
Excellent communication skills to coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams seamlessly
Knowledge of hotel or barista experience enhances versatility in managing diverse service environments
