Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Office Administrator to join our growing sales team. In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily sales office operations, including processing orders and quotations, with accuracy and timeliness
Handle incoming enquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person, providing excellent customer service and information
Maintain and update customer records to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolving any issues promptly
Assist in inventory management by utilising software for stock tracking when order processing

Skills

Proven administrative experience supporting busy sales office environments
Computer literacy with strong IT skills to navigate various software applications seamlessly. Including Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour

Hours: 37.5 hours

Mon- Thurs 08:30 – 17:00 (1/2-hour lunch)

Fri – 08:30- 14:30 (1/2-hour lunch)

Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
