Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Cocktail Bar Manager, where you will lead the creation of memorable beverage experiences and oversee the dynamic environment of our bustling bar. This role is perfect for a passionate leader with a flair for mixology, exceptional team management skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality service, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a lively, energetic setting.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, including overseeing cocktail preparation, food service, and customer interactions to ensure seamless service.
Supervise and motivate bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence and teamwork.
Develop innovative cocktail menus and beverage offerings that excite guests while adhering to food safety and quality standards.
Train staff on proper food preparation, serving techniques, and safety protocols to uphold high standards of hospitality and food safety compliance.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent waste and control costs effectively.
Ensure all food production and kitchen activities align with health regulations and hotel or restaurant standards.
Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of cocktail mixing, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
Experience in restaurant or hotel environments with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Familiarity with culinary processes related to food production and kitchen operations.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
Excellent communication skills for training staff and engaging with guests effectively.
Previous barista experience or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage and food service.
