Full job description

Summary

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong numerical skills and a keen eye for accuracy to develop their career within a supportive and growing organisation.

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day accounting functions of the business, ensuring that financial records are maintained accurately, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconciling customer and supplier accounts and statements.
Assisting with credit control activities and resolving customer account queries.
Providing general administrative support to the finance department.
Answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries professionally.
Filing, organising, and archiving financial documents.
Assisting with month-end procedures and other finance-related tasks as required.
