Sales Administrator

Location: Telford, Shropshire

Job Type: Full-time. Office-based.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:30

MyWorkwear is looking for a highly motivated and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic inbound sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys managing multiple tasks at once, and is confident communicating with customers via phone and email. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient sales processes and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

MyWorkwear is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of embroidered and printed clothing. Based in Telford, Shropshire, our skilled team produce thousands of garments per week, supplying companies, large and small, from across the UK. We use state-of-the-art embroidery and heat transfer machines to brand uniforms for clients as diverse as Vimto, Oxford University and the NHS.

With 50 years of experience in the industry, our office and production staff pride themselves in their knowledge of workwear and uniforms. As a small friendly team, we aim to provide the highest level of customer service, quality products and great value every day, by putting our customers' needs at the heart of everything we do.

About the role

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll provide vital support to the sales team, manage customer enquiries, and help maintain efficient sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing quotations for both new and existing customers.
Managing sales enquiries — including occasional face-to-face meetings — and following up to close sales via phone and email.
Contacting existing and prospective customers with exclusive offers and tailored advice to develop new sales opportunities.
Providing outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems.
Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks, meeting preparation, and order management.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident and professional when communicating over the phone, via email, and in person.
Proactive and adaptable, with a positive, enthusiastic “can-do” attitude.
Customer-focused, always striving to deliver the best possible service.
A strong team player, who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others.

To thrive in our busy, high-pressure environment, previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role is essential. You will have strong IT skills, ideally with experience using CRM or ERP systems (although full training will be provided).
