Founded in 1938, we have grown to become one of Surrey’s most respected property businesses, with a network of 25 offices across the county and a reputation built on exceptional customer service, local expertise and outstanding results.

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Lettings Manager to lead our successful Woking Lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to take ownership of a thriving office, develop business opportunities, and inspire a high-performing team.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for:

Driving new business generation and increasing market share.
Leading, motivating and developing a successful lettings team.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses.
Delivering exceptional customer service and professional advice.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
Maximising revenue and achieving office targets.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

Have proven experience within residential lettings, ideally in an assistant manager or manager position.
Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills.
Possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Be highly motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.
Have a strong understanding of the local property market.
Display exceptional standards of professionalism, service and presentation.
ARLA qualified
Hold a full UK driving licence.
