Duties

Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions promptly and accurately
Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity
Maintain organized records of financial documents, receipts, and transactions for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Collaborate with team members to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Help coordinate month-end closing activities by gathering necessary documentation and supporting schedules
Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations governing financial activities
Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and filing

Skills

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software Sage; familiarity with finance tools is a plus
Clear communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and stakeholders
Ability to analyze financial data critically and identify inconsistencies or errors
Eagerness to learn about financial processes, regulations, and best practices in a professional setting
Prior experience in finance or accounting is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners
