Experienced Café & Front of House Team Member (Full Time)

Roots + Seeds | Cirencester

Full Time | Pay in line with National Living Wage (depending on age and experience)

We're searching for an experienced Front of House team member who thrives in a busy café environment, loves looking after people and takes real pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This isn't a management position—it's about being part of a brilliant team, setting the standard on the floor and helping create the atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of hospitality.
Confidence making quality coffees (or a solid foundation with a willingness to develop your barista skills).
A passion for fresh food and high standards.
A positive attitude and great energy.
The ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
Reliability, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

Your Role

Deliver warm, genuine and attentive customer service.
Prepare and serve consistently great coffee and drinks.
Serve fresh food with pride and attention to detail.
Keep the café clean, organised and welcoming.
Support your teammates across all areas of the business.
Help maintain the high standards Roots + Seeds is known for.
Create memorable experiences that turn first-time visitors into regulars.
