Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile team member to join our vibrant hospitality environment in the roles of Pizza Chef, Barista, Kitchen Porter (KP), and Guest Service Associate. This exciting position offers the opportunity to showcase culinary skills, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support daily restaurant operations. You will play a vital role in creating delicious food, crafting quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued at every visit. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic pizzas with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards
Craft a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks as a skilled Barista, providing friendly and efficient service
Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and assisting with food preparation tasks
Serve guests promptly with a positive attitude, ensuring an outstanding dining experience through attentive guest services
Uphold food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance sales and maximize guest satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen flow

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a focus on food preparation and customer service
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Ability to perform basic math for order accuracy and cash handling
Kitchen experience with culinary skills related to pizza making and general food prep
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of professionalism and cleanliness
