Full job description

About the Role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our growing team at SalonIQ.

This is a varied role that combines finance administration with general office support. You'll play an important part in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly while also helping with day-to-day administration across the business.

What you'll be doing

Raising and sending customer invoices.
Chasing outstanding payments and managing credit control.
Reconciling customer accounts and resolving billing queries.
Processing supplier invoices and preparing payments.
Assisting with bank reconciliations and financial records.
Supporting month-end finance administration.
Maintaining accurate customer and financial data.
Answering finance-related enquiries from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Providing administrative support to the wider team when required.
Assisting with HR administration, including onboarding paperwork, holiday records and maintaining employee files.
Helping keep internal systems, documents and processes organised and up to date.
Supporting the leadership team with a variety of administrative tasks as the business continues to grow.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Is confident using accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks (or similar).
Has good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Communicates professionally with customers and colleagues.
Can prioritise their workload and work independently.
Enjoys being part of a friendly, fast-paced team where no two days are the same.
