Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring smooth service, maintaining a warm atmosphere, and supporting the overall guest journey. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively environment where customers feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk in.

The role is 12-18 hours per week and you must be available on the 14th-16th of August.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing friendly and attentive service throughout the guest experience
Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met and customer satisfaction is prioritized
Support food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas
Handle cash transactions and process payments with accuracy while providing excellent customer service
Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials, to answer guest inquiries confidently
Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and health regulations at all times

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or catering environments is highly desirable.
Proven ability to serve guests with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency in fast-paced settings
Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices within food handling environments
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests alike
Enthusiasm for creating welcoming atmospheres that encourage repeat visits and positive reviews

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
