Sub Division: Facilities Management

Location: Caerdydd / Cardiff, CF10 3NQ

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part Time - 20 hours - Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bilingual Receptionist to join an established team based in Cardiff.

This role is ideal for an organised, friendly, and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy environment and delivering an excellent front-of-house service.

Job Description

As the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and guests, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression while supporting the smooth operation of the facilities management service.

The successful candidate will have a broad range of administrative skills and operational knowledge and will report directly to the Facilities Manager.

Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet visitors, staff, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Handle customer enquiries and provide information and assistance in a polite and positive manner
Provide administrative support as required across the team
Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
Develop efficient methods for planning and organising activities associated with the role
Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow established reporting procedures
Provide flexible support and assist with team cover when required
Maintain a professional appearance and act as a positive ambassador for the business at all times

Essential Qualifications/Skills

Fluent Welsh and English language skills (essential)
Good standard of education and strong IT skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Well-organised with good time management skills
Friendly, flexible, and professional approach
Positive attitude towards learning and personal development
