Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, culinary excellence, and commitment to food safety will ensure a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast items with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet quality standards
Manage multiple meal preparations efficiently during busy service times
Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly followed in the kitchen
Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to maintain high culinary standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of breakfast dishes
Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients, and minimize waste through effective inventory management

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent skills in meal preparation, with an emphasis on breakfast cuisine
Familiarity with food safety certifications or willingness to obtain necessary certifications
Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in busy morning service environments
Good communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
