Job Overview

Responsibilities

Represent our brand confidently at events, engaging with diverse audiences to promote products or services
Assist in setting up and dismantling event booths or displays efficiently and professionally
Engage in lively conversations with potential clients, explaining product benefits clearly and persuasively
Negotiate with customers to close sales while ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
Manage time effectively to ensure all scheduled activities are completed on time during events
Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales data accurately for follow-up purposes
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and achieve collective goals

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English, with an energetic and positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences in a professional manner
Basic IT skills for data entry, reporting, and using event management tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving ability preferred for traveling between event locations
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in customer service, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or negotiation is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt to different event environments
