Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead our culinary team with passion, precision, and innovation. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver outstanding dining experiences while fostering a positive, collaborative kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Supervise daily food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served
Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to foster a motivated team environment
Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations to uphold the highest quality standards
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
Develop and implement innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends while respecting brand standards
Manage inventory, ordering supplies efficiently to minimize waste and control costs without compromising quality
Provide hands-on culinary expertise during busy periods, supporting food preparation and cooking as needed

Skills

Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced food production environment or similar setting
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively in hospitality environments
Deep understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within restaurant operations
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff seamlessly
Strong organizational skills for inventory management and operational planning
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service through high-quality food and hospitality standards

Pay: £26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
