Overview

Join our dynamic construction team as a Builders Labourer and be an essential part of creating quality structures and inspiring projects. This energetic role offers you the opportunity to work alongside skilled tradespeople, contribute to exciting building initiatives, and develop valuable skills in the construction industry. Whether you're starting your career or seeking hands-on experience, this position provides a lively environment where your effort directly impacts the success of each project.

Duties

Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up safety barriers to ensure a secure working environment.
Support skilled tradespeople by delivering tools, equipment, and materials promptly to keep work progressing smoothly.
Help with mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete or other materials as directed by supervisors.
Maintain a tidy and safe worksite by removing waste, securing tools, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in loading and unloading supplies from trucks and storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
Participate in site inspections and safety checks to uphold high standards of health and safety compliance.
Support general labor tasks such as digging trenches, assembling scaffolding, or assisting with minor carpentry tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

A strong work ethic with enthusiasm for physically demanding tasks in a construction setting.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices relevant to building sites.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining project schedules.
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on various projects.
