Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Duty Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong management skills and a background in hospitality to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the organisation's success.

Duties

Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance targets and uphold service standards
Oversee guest services, ensuring all guests receive attentive and professional care
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively
Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational requirements are met
Monitor health and safety compliance across the venue
Assist in organising staff schedules and managing shift rotas
Conduct regular staff training sessions to promote continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and guest feedback

Skills

Proven management experience within the hospitality industry
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate a diverse team
Outstanding guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically and efficiently
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality settings
