Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic QSR restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting in food preparation and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Your culinary skills and ability to manage time effectively will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and upselling menu items.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, demonstrating a willingness to help wherever possible.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a QSR / Fast Food restaurant or similar environment is a must.
Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
