Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Bar and Waiting Staff member, where your energetic attitude and passion for hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables or bar areas with a friendly, professional demeanor
Take accurate orders for drinks and food, ensuring timely and correct delivery
Serve beverages responsibly, including alcohol, while adhering to food safety and responsible serving guidelines
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, following health and safety standards
Manage guest inquiries promptly, providing exceptional guest services that foster repeat visits
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on serving and guest interaction
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages
Ability to perform food preparation tasks and assist kitchen staff when required
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
Basic math proficiency for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling
Previous experience in culinary or kitchen settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food-related tasks
A friendly attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and upselling opportunities
