Front of House Staff / Server

Noodle Stop Brighton

Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Front of House Staff/Servers to join our team at Noodle Stop Brighton. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives excellent service while supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s systems.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and cleanliness.
Handle payments, receipts, and till operations responsibly.
Keep the dining area, counters, and service stations clean and organised.
Assist with packaging takeaway orders and coordinating delivery pickups.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Manage customer queries, feedback, or concerns and escalate when needed.
Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements

Previous front‑of‑house or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good attention to cleanliness and presentation.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
