Fresh Influence is a fast-growing social commerce agency and proud TikTok Partner, helping brands scale through creator-led content, TikTok Shop, and community-driven commerce strategies.

We work with exciting brands across multiple industries, helping them grow visibility, engagement and revenue through the power of TikTok.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded TikTok Shop Account Executive to support the delivery of client campaigns across TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing and creator partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who loves TikTok, understands digital culture and wants to build a career in social commerce.

The Role

As a TikTok Shop Account Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of client accounts, working closely with senior team members to help campaigns run smoothly, creators stay engaged and TikTok Shops perform effectively.

This is a support-focused role designed for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

No two days are the same.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Support

Support the day-to-day management of client TikTok Shop accounts.
Assist with account setup, product uploads, promotions and shop maintenance.
Help ensure client deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Prepare internal trackers, agendas and meeting notes.

Creator & Affiliate Support

Assist with creator outreach, product gifting and affiliate onboarding.
Track creator communications, content deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
Support the coordination of creator partnerships and campaign activations.
Maintain accurate creator and affiliate databases.

Campaign Coordination

Support the setup and delivery of TikTok Shop campaigns.
Assist with campaign scheduling, product launches and promotional activity.
Work with internal teams to ensure assets, product and content are ready for launch.

Research & Reporting

Conduct trend, competitor and creator research.
Monitor campaign activity and update reporting templates.
Support weekly performance snapshots and client updates.
Identify emerging TikTok trends and relevant creator opportunities.

Platform & Operations Support

Monitor shop performance, reviews and platform notifications.
Help ensure listings remain accurate, compliant and up to date.
Support internal operational processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For

1+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, influencer marketing or account support.
Strong interest in TikTok, social commerce and creator marketing.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Commercially curious with a willingness to learn.
A regular TikTok user with a good understanding of platform trends.
UK-based and comfortable working remotely.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience using TikTok Shop.
Experience working with creators, affiliates or influencers.
Experience within an agency, e-commerce brand or startup.
Experience creating content

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kidderminster
