Job Summary

Edwards & Gray Estate Agents are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our growing team based at our busy Coleshill office.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. From conducting viewings and negotiating offers to generating new business and delivering exceptional customer service, you'll play a key role in helping our clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Responsibilities

Register applicants and assist clients with buying and selling properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, working to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
Progress sales through to completion, providing regular updates and excellent communication throughout.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and client relationship building.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details and sales progression.
Stay up to date with the local property market and industry legislation.
Deliver an outstanding level of customer service while representing the Edwards & Gray brand.

What We're Looking For

Previous estate agency experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive and motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
