Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and professional Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, providing memorable experiences for our patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly to guests' satisfaction
Provide attentive and courteous service, ensuring a positive dining experience
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting areas for new guests
Engage with customers professionally, answering queries about menu items and specials
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the venue

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer care
Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tables and responsibilities simultaneously
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
