Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Pub Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant pub. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a talented team, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Duties

Oversee all aspects of pub operations, including food preparation, serving, and beverage service to ensure smooth daily functioning
Lead and supervise staff, including bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel, fostering teamwork and high morale
Manage food safety standards by implementing proper handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
Coordinate food production and kitchen activities to deliver quality dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency
Develop staff schedules, monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct training sessions to enhance skills and service quality
Maintain inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
Create a lively yet professional environment that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits

Experience

Proven supervising experience in hospitality settings such as pubs, restaurants, or hotels with team management responsibilities
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with barista experience or beverage crafting is a plus for managing bar operations effectively
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Background in culinary experience or food production to oversee menu development and quality control
Previous experience in hospitality roles that involve serving guests directly or managing customer interactions
Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is advantageous for understanding industry standards and guest expectations
