Receptionist

Reports to: TBC

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate team.
Welcome clients, customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Provide refreshments and hospitality for clients and guests.
Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier services, including Royal Mail, DHL and Amazon deliveries.
Ensure reception, meeting rooms and client-facing areas remain tidy, organised and welcoming.
Support meeting preparation and general front-of-house requirements.
Assist with administrative tasks across the business as required.
Represent Urban Automotive professionally at all times, providing a high standard of customer service.

Hours

● Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

● Full time based at Head Office

Salary

£22,568.00 - £26,436.80 per annum

Role Overview

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, customers and visitors and plays an important role in creating a professional and welcoming experience. The successful candidate will be confident, organised and personable, with previous reception, administration or customer service experience preferred. The individual will need to have a ‘hands-on’ approach to delivering a great customer experience. The successful candidate will be articulate and effective with their communication, whether this is by phone, email or in person. You will be the first person our clients and customers will see, and you will therefore need to represent and champion the Urban Automotive ethos for quality and individuality. A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is essential, and experience with Google Workspace would be advantageous, as well as using a switchboard system. Full training on internal systems will be provided. This role is full time in the office.
