Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sign Manufacturer / CNC & Embroidery Operative to join our busy production team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving the manufacture of road signs, support with CNC, embroidery and DTF machinery, order fulfilment, and general warehouse duties.

Duties:

Manufacture road signs to the required specification and quality standards.
Assist with the operation of CNC machinery, embroidery and DTF printing equipment.
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
Receive, check and organise incoming stock.
Support stock control activities, including stock takes.
Keep work areas clean, organised and safe
Assist with general office and operational duties where required

About You:

Experience in sign manufacturing and/or working with CNC, embroidery or DTF machines is desirable.
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
A practical, hands-on approach to work.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
Basic IT skills.
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
