Up to £38,000 excluding share of tronc

As the Assistant General Manager of The The Lifeboat,you will lead and inspire both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service,while ensuring smooth operations,liaising with management and meeting financial goals. If you’re passionate about guest experiences and have a proven track record in hospitality management,this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Requirements:

Lead and inspire the FOH and BOH team to achieve high standards of service.
Collaborate closely with other management within the property to ensure seamless guest experience
Leading guests through all aspects of an enjoyable restaurant/hotel experience
Recruit,train,and develop team members,fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
Wet stock management within the property
Drive financial performance by meeting and surpassing financial expectations.
Cultivate a positive and motivated work environment,ensuring all team members perform to their best abilities.
