Housekeeper — Fifty One London

Role Overview

The Housekeeper at Fifty One London is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all resident rooms and communal areas. As part of a premium student accommodation brand, attention to detail and a consistently high quality of work are essential. The role requires a proactive and thorough approach, ensuring every space is clean, hygienic, and welcoming at all times.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service all resident studios to a high standard, including bed area, bathroom, and kitchen areas
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all communal areas, including lounges, corridors, and shared facilities
Clean and maintain the building's external entrance areas, ensuring a welcoming first impression at all times
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely in accordance with COSHH guidelines
Change and replenish linen, towels, and consumables as required
Complete weekly inventory checks of cleaning supplies and report stock levels to the Property Manager
Work closely with the Concierge team to coordinate room readiness ahead of check-insand weekly scheduling of studios’ cleaning.
Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Property Manager
All matters, incidents, and operational issues must be reported directly to the Property Manager
Door codes, keys, and access credentials must never be shared with any unauthorised person under any circumstances; any lost or compromised access must be reported to the Property Manager immediately

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a hotel, luxury serviced apartment, or high-end hospitality environment preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and health and safety procedures
Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in the quality of their work
Good communication skills and a professional manner when interacting with residents and colleagues

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
