Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales and accounts department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong IT and organisational skills to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Duties

Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist with sales administration tasks such as processing orders, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and other departments to facilitate seamless operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly managing and directing client enquiries via email or phone to the right department
Maintain organised filing systems for sales documents and correspondence.
Support the implementation of new IT tools or software to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Experience with DMS systems is a necessity but training on our particulat system will be available
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with IT systems relevant to sales support functions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

This position offers an engaging environment where organisational excellence and technical proficiency are valued highly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to our ongoing success through effective sales support and administrative management. The role is initially only 20 hours per week but this is negotiable and may possibly lead to more hours or full time in the future if required

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
