Overview
We are seeking a versatile and reliable Multi Trade Builder with a Van to join our dynamic team. This role involves carrying out a variety of building, maintenance, and repair tasks across different trades, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set, be organised, and comfortable working independently on diverse projects. A valid driving licence and access to a van are essential for this position.

Duties

Carry out general building, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and decorating tasks as required across multiple sites
Interpret technical drawings and work plans to complete assigned projects efficiently
Manage and organise tools and materials needed for each job
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Travel between different locations using the provided van to complete various tasks promptly
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate work schedules and progress updates
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed

Skills

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or general building maintenance
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different work environments
Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members professionally
Valid driving licence with clean driving record; access to a reliable van is required
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction and maintenance work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship
