We are currently looking for a hard-working, energetic, and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic back-of-house team.

The Role

As our Kitchen Porter, you will be the engine room of our culinary operation. You will ensure our kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene so our chefs can focus on creating exceptional dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Washing & Cleaning: Managing the washing-up of all pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery using commercial dishwashers and sinks.
Sanitation: Deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to ensure strict health and safety standards are met.
Waste Management: Separating and disposing of waste correctly (recycling, food waste, general).
Stock & Storage: Assisting with the receipt and storage of deliveries, ensuring stock is rotated and stored correctly.
Basic Food Prep: Assisting chefs with basic vegetable prep (peeling, chopping) and portioning when required. This is where your learning begins.
Maintenance: Reporting any maintenance issues or broken equipment promptly.
